Process
Process and protocol matter. Emotional intelligence and skilled listening on my part are imperative so you can get the outcome you want.
First, you talk; I listen. (If I hadn’t chosen a career in non-profits, I might’ve been a therapist).
I’ll ask: what do you want to happen as a result of people engaging with your content? (For example: support your project, be reassured, buy a ticket, be enchanted).
We establish a fee-for-service. I’ve found that charging an hourly rate is fairest for all.
Next, connect me with your existing content, source material, or Big Idea person. I absorb it, and share it back with you in new, dazzling forms (for example, a grant proposal. I also handle the technical side of grant submission).
If you like, pair me with a visual communicator (I have a few favorites, but I’ve never met one I didn’t like) and we’ll make magic for you. I LOVE collaboration.
I’m responsive and accountable to you every step of the way.
